We design our hardware to endure. If your purchase does not fully align with your architectural or material standards, we offer a straightforward, professional return and refund process.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, uninstalled condition—exactly as you received it.

  • It must be free from scratches, mounting scuffs, or alterations.

  • It must remain inside its original product packaging (including all concealed-screw brackets, anchors, and screws).

  • You must provide a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support desk at tpgrip@outlook.com.

  1. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping authorization along with explicit instructions on how and where to send your package.

  2. Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

  3. Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Defects)

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at tpgrip@outlook.com if the item is defective, structurally compromised, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue right away and expedite a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the exact style, finish, or configuration you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and structurally inspected by our facility, we will send an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to clear and post the transaction to your account.
