Where are orders shipped from?
At Linensoftco, we work with several fulfillment partners to ensure efficient delivery. Most orders are shipped from our warehouses located in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada, depending on product availability and your delivery address.
This allows us to process orders faster and reduce delivery times whenever possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Simply click the Track Order link in the email to view real-time delivery updates from the carrier.
If you do not receive your tracking email within a few days after placing your order, please contact our support team and we will assist you.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
Shipping carriers occasionally experience unexpected delays due to weather conditions, customs processing, or transportation issues.
If your package has not arrived within 20 days after shipment, please contact us. Our support team will open a delivery investigation and assist you as quickly as possible.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update your delivery address.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your corrected address details.
If your order has already been shipped, you may still be able to request a delivery update directly through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Please note: Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. We cannot recover packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers, so please review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
This can happen when:
